This is an area many attorneys hesitate to address up front, but it is one that must be discussed so that attorney and client alike are on the same page and there are no surprises as the case progresses.
Mr. DiPietro is concerned that his your money is being spent wisely and not wasted on useless motions and other legal maneuvering that cause an increase in fees but accomplish few results. Knowing how important your money is to you we strive to keep you vised as to how your case is progressing and what the status of your retainer is.
All work performed by Mr. DiPietro is done so with the client’s authorization ahead of time so there will be no surprises as the case moves along.
That being said, dissolution actions are expensive. They are less than a DUI will cost you but expensive none the less. To tell you otherwise might entice you to retain a law firm, but would only serve to alienate you from your lawyer as time goes on and fees mount.
Mr. DiPietro is very concerned about how attorney’s fees are going to affect his client. That is not to say that our fees are less than other law firms, in fact you may pay more due to Mr. DiPietro’s 34 years of experience as a domestic and trial attorney, but you can rest assured that he is very cognizant and concerned about this aspect of your case.
We do not accept payment plans. We will request a retainer based upon the complexity of your case. That sum will go into a trust account in your name. As work is performed upon your case money is withdrawn from your trust account to pay for those fees. If money remains in your trust account at the conclusion of the case it will be promptly refunded to you. If more money is needed as the case moves on you will be required to replenish your trust account. Many of our clients receive refunds at the conclusion of their cases due to Mr. DiPietro’s efforts to keep fees at a minimum if at all possible.
We accept most credit cards.
